Founded in 1996, the Animal Referral Center of Fox Valley and Green Bay was invited to Northeast Wisconsin by the primary care veterinarians of the Fox Valley and nearby communities. Since that time, our Appleton emergency veterinarians have worked as part of a team with primary care veterinarians in our community to provide specialty care, specialized diagnostics, and around-the-clock emergency and critical care services. We now serve Appleton, Green Bay and respective surrounding areas. We are available when your primary care veterinary practice is closed so that you'll always have access to a skilled, compassionate medical team.
Our team has over 100 doctors, technicians, and support staff who are dedicated to the well-being of our patients at our two locations. We strive to be innovative and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, advanced care and ethics. Our referral team is always ready to care for patients referred to us by primary care veterinarians 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays and after 6pm every weeknight.
At both locations, the team members are highly skilled and knowledgeable, but are also selected to be part of our team because of their love for emergency medicine and compassionate, effective care.
Our veterinary diagnostic and monitoring capabilities include in-house laboratory testing, radiology, ECG, pulse oximetry, blood pressure monitoring and complete critical care monitoring. Our hospitals have fully equipped surgical suites and an intensive care unit.
Most of all, we are motivated by the opportunities we have each and every day to serve our clients and patients with sensitivity, empathy and compassion. We work hard to be a trustworthy hospital that our referring doctors and our clients believe in.
